Here is a model of a burger restaurant.
General information
The area of the restaurant is 1385.442 sq.ft.
The plan includes men's and woman's restroom, one dining room, one kitchen, one janitor closet.
Unique outside that looks like a hamburger with bun, meat, and cheese.
Designed for 42 customers and 5 employees.

These are the requirements that have to be met:
1) Ceiling beams are placed on center column.
2) Fire exit has to be easily accessible and fit the capacity of occupants.
Capacity load of the doors is 284 occupants
(Capacity load of doors=clear opening width/0.2" per occupant)
3) Clear opening has to be 32" min.
Clear opening of the doors is 56.875.
4) Bathrooms have to accommodate people with disabilities by providing min. clear door width of 32", bars next to the toilet, and a clear space of min. 60" for wheelchair movement.
5) One fire exit is allowed for an occupancy load 49 or less.
