Metal Cart

Here are the drawings and model of my metal cart.

The cart is made from .5" thick cold rolled rods welded together. See drawings for more detailed cut list.

This cart uses a clevis pin with a cotter as an axle for the wheel. The wheels are easy-turn polyurethane wheels with roller bearings. These wheels can be used on smooth or rough surfaces because the material is good at absorbing shock and will not wear out.
